This is our best muscle relaxant formula.  It is based in valerian root and has magnesium in it.  For those who struggle with sleep related to tension or who have tightness that accumulates in the muscles at night, causing pain, this formula can be very helpful.  Dosage can vary wildly, however.  Normally, I would start with 2 before bed and increase dosage by one each night or during each tight muscle incident, until the effective dosage is found, which can be 8-10 tablets.
