This product stops inflammation in the liver and helps enzymatic activity there.  Hepatrophin is very useful in cases of migraines and in cases of intolerance to fruit.  People who get obviously worse while trying to liver cleanse are good candidates for Hepatrophin.  Of course, it is useful to help people with liver disease of any kind.  All the supplements whose name ends in "trophin" are for inflammation of that corresponding tissue.  Normally, 2 tablets in the morning are sufficient in any of those cases.  The length of time on the supplement depends on the tissue and how fast it heals.  For the liver, 6-12 weeks is usually sufficient if it is part of a healing program, correct diet, etc.
